I was talking to my girls on Twitter one day about (what else) books, and the different book clubs I’ve belonged to. Somehow, we mentioned how we missed book clubs, and wouldn’t it be a good idea to have one right here on Twitter?

And so it began.

#twitbooks is comprised of myself (@mamakitty729), @mslizalou, @mamaboo7907, @ellief716, @bellie7, @mamamoon512, and @HappyTwilighter. We have a FaceBook group to discuss (gush over?) a book that we’ve all read. Occasionally we have a group email wherein we try to decide a which book we’re going to read next. Or we just gab about whatever’s going on with our lives. That’s the best part about being friends with the people you’re in a book club with.
